  1. Creating Your Account
    • From the website, select "Login" and then select "Sign up" from the Login page. You will be prompted to create an account with all the necessary details.
    • Once you create your account, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email.
    • Now you can sign in to Notaryberry using the account credentials you provided.
  2. Creating Notarization Request
    • Once you have completed your profile, you will have full access to the service and will be able to create notarization requests.
    • Click the "Notarize Now" button at the top of the dashboard.
    • Fill out the notarization request information, upload the document you want to get notarized, and provide your payment information. You will only be charged once the notarization session is successfully completed and you download the notarized document.
    • Enter your preferred schedule for the notarization session. If you want instant notarization, check "Right Now" to be matched with available online notaries instantly.
    • Enter the nature of the document you want to get notarized. This information will help the online notary determine their eligibility for notarization.
    • Your request will be available to online notaries. Once they accept your request, confirm your request by clicking "Accept".
    • Now your notarization request is scheduled.
  3. Entering Notarization Session
    • 10-15 minutes prior to the notarization session time, you will be able to enter the session by clicking "Enter".
    • You will go through an identity verification process. You will need to provide your full name, address, and your last four digits of your social security number (if applicable).
    • You will be asked five questions to confirm your identity. Answer them thoroughly or you will not be able to enter the session.
    • Once you pass the test, you will be asked to enter your mobile number. You will receive an SMS message with a link. Click this link on your mobile device.
    • You will be asked to take a picture of your identity documentation (e.g., passport, driver's license) and a photo of yourself. This information is used to validate your identity documentation.
    • Once you pass the verification, you will enter the online notarization session.
  4. Getting Your Document Notarized
    • Once you enter the notarization session, you will be able to communicate with the online notary via audio and video.
    • Follow the instructions from your online notary. They will notarize the document according to the online notary procedures.
    • Once the session is ended, you will be able to download the notarized document after paying the notarization fee.
